Shipping

All items listed on our website ship via UPS through ground shipping based on your shipping choice. Allow 1-3 days processing.

For Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select Shipping Requests:

  • Order must be received by 12 Noon EST to ship out that day or it will ship the next business day.
  • A Signature is required for delivery. If you will not be available to sign for the delivery, UPS may re-try on the next business day.
  • If you do not require a signature please indicate so in the comments box below.
  • NOTE: LumaBase.com is not responsible for late or undeliverable items. We will work with UPS to give you the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Order Cancellations

All canceled orders are subject to a restocking fee.

Please call customer service at 1-610-524-4166 to find out if your order has been processed.


Returns

To begin the return process, you must contact us through e-mail or by phone and return the product within 45 days from date of order. If product is returned without a Return Authorization number or after 45 days, a 15% fee on total order price will be charge against credit. There is no credit on shipping cost.

All returns must be pre-approved, and have a Return Authorization # assigned.

If damage is noted at the time of delivery or the wrong item is shipped to you LumaBase will pay the freight and replace the item.
