For Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select Shipping Requests:
- Order must be received by 12 Noon EST to ship out that day or it will ship the next business day.*
- Orders placed during November and December with expedited shipping may take 24-48 hours to process.
- NOTE: LumaBase.com is not responsible for late or undeliverable items. We will work with UPS to give you the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- All cancelled orders are subject to a restocking fee.

We want you to love everything you buy from us. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you a full merchandise refund or exchange on your unused order. Refunds will be applied to the credit card used for the order. To begin the return process, you must contact us through e-mail or by phone and return the product within 45 days from date of order. If product is returned without a Return Authorization number or after 45 days, a 15% fee on total order price will be charged against credit. Sorry, no credit on shipping cost.

For items that arrive damaged or defective, please contact our LumaBase Customer Service team at 1-800-524-9525 or email us at [email protected] We will gladly replace the item and pay for return shipping or refund your original shipping cost. We regret that all other shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please include your packing slip with the returned items. If you would like to exchange an item for one that is a higher price, please include a method of payment. When returning items, please pack them securely in the original packaging, if possible. For your security, please return your order with an insured carrier (e.g. FedEx, UPS, USPS) with tracking and keep your receipt. LumaBase can not be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
